Office Assistant

The Australian Professional Snowsport Instructors (APSI) is seeking a part-time office assistant. In this year-round position, you will work in Jindabyne in a comfortable office environment as part of a small team.

What you’ll be doing

Your role is to help the office run smoothly and provide great customer service to our members.

  • Answering general enquiries and greeting customers
  • Helping to organise training courses
  • Processing online orders
  • Looking after filing, copying and scanning
  • Assisting with general communications and social media

Conditions and hours will be by negotiation with the right candidate. However, the position is for a minimum of 2 days per week, with the possibility of extending up to 5 days during winter.
